
GRIN is a culturally competent professional development course designed to prepare CHWs to better support low-income guardians of Black children and adolescents.

GRIN: Guardians Receiving Information through Navigators
GRIN is designed to prepare CHWs to provide oral health outreach to guardians of Black children and adolescents.
This course supplies CHWs with an increased ability to aid these guardians in navigating the oral healthcare system and improve the overall oral health of their child(ren).

All course materials included with GRIN are in English and were reviewed by a team of CHWs. These CHW experts have decades of combined experience working with pediatric oral healthcare professionals, guardians responsible for children (ages 0 -18) in Black communities, and populations across the US.
